HOA Documents

There will be a minimum square footage for lakefront and perimeter homes.  The final figures will be announced when the Covenants are recorded along the other restrictions.  There will be an Architectural Control Committee that will oversee all development at Grant Lake Sanctuary.  The ACC was established to give lot owners more freedom in the design of their custom home, while ensuring the overall level of construction is maintained.
